Hello, the wife and I recently purchased a home in Punta Gorda. We were looking for a hot tub and a friend had recommended the local big box hot tub store. We visited the store. it was a disaster. we weren't going back. The sales pitch caused alot of friciton between the two of us (think battle royale).
Over a month went by, looking at online reviews I found Spas and more. I liked what I read. Local family owned business and customers seemed genuinely pleased with Lori's demeanor and knowledge.
I stopped by and spoke with Lori. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. What impressed me was the fact she insisted that I didn't need a 220 volt hook up for the tub. Were from NY and everybody has their hot tub wired 220. She was insistent and sincere. I wasn't entirely convienced.
I came back a 2nd time with my wife and we bought a hot tub. We put a deposit down and Lori held the tub and installation till we came back from NY. FYI Lori wavied the delivery fee.
The tub was installed several days before Christmas. Lori's Dad Tom and two young fellas deliverd an installed the tub. Viola, hot tub up and running on 110, no problemo.
Weve had it now for several weeks and wifey couldn't be happier.
It was an unexpected plesant expereince.
I saved a lot of money not having an electrician wire the tub for 220, not to mention the aesthetics of not having the conduit and breaker box to deal with.

Wow, what a great local, family-owned business. We were looking for a smaller hot tub, read the reviews for Spas and More, and thought we would check them out. Lori was so helpful, informative, and not at all pushy. We ended up buying a small used hot tub and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Lori's father and son, delivered and set everything up and gave us great advice on proper maintenance. Lori also included all the chemicals to get started with hand-written instructions on the bottles. She even found and included an owner's manual for the tub. Cannot say enough good things about this business. If you are in the market for a hot tub/spa, be sure to go see Lori.
The boys at Spas & More came out and installed our new jacuzzi today and gave me great instructions on operation and walked me through it. great experience and a great team that had the tub off the trailer and in the lanai running in no time! if you are considering or searching the new/used jacuzzi market in the Port Charlotte area, Spas & More offers great pricing and availability along with a handy installation and information. What an absolutely wonderful family run business to deal with. My particular situation require me to Communicate over several months. The product, Service, and quality. Along with pricing.
