Pelican Pools Service and Repair

I highly recommend Pelican Pools. I had a leak in my skimmer. Louis, the repair man regrouted my skimmer. He fixed it no problem. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Also, Nick our pool tech does an amazing job. I'm proud to say I have no worries with Pelican Pools as my pool service. Thank you Louis and Nick for jobs well done!!!👍

I’m very disappointed with Pelican Pools Service and Repair and how they handled a situation involving their service vehicle.

Last Tuesday, one of their trucks servicing a neighbor on my street used my private driveway to perform a three-point turn. I have video footage and photos clearly showing this. During that maneuver, the truck leaked fluid, leaving two visible spots on my pavers, which required me to do spot cleaning myself.

I was upset but chose to handle this calmly and professionally by calling Pelican Pools to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the response was extremely disappointing. The manager did not meaningfully acknowledge the issue, and the receptionist went as far as contradicting the facts, claiming it wasn’t their truck—despite clear footage proving otherwise.

Accidents can happen. What matters is how a business responds. All I was looking for was a simple acknowledgment and apology. Instead, I was met with dismissal and contradiction.

If this is how Pelican Pools treats people when their company causes an inconvenience or damage, it’s not the kind of business I would feel comfortable supporting or recommending.

Pelican Pools has been extraordinary. Everything from their cleaning to extra services. I needed a new pool pump. The one they installed did not work. They immediately came out and replaced it with a more expensive one with no extra charge. Lewis their technician is phenomenal. Also, Jamie at the front desk and Sean one of their managers have been very kind,receptive And expedient service. I recommend Pelican Pools for all of your pool needs.

In addition to regular high quality service - I recently had an issue with the pool on a hot busy afternoon, I contacted pelican pools and within half an hour their mechanic, technician Louis arrived and worked diligently - 1 hour later we were back in business!

Last week we decided to have our pool cleaned to remove all the stains that had been accumulating for years. Louis, from Pelican Pools, came out and started the week long process. We were absolutely shocked and pleased to see the huge improvement in our pool! It went from a dingy dull color to a vibrant blue color!
Louis was really great to work with. He explained the whole procedure to us so we would know what to expect. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, punctual and very friendly. We could not be any happier with the end result of our beautiful pool!
I would also like to thank Jamie (office manager) for always being so kind and helpful when I would call with any questions concerning our pool. Last, but certainly not least, thank you to Randy for our weekly pool cleaning/maintenance and for being punctual, professional and kind. We highly recommend Pelican Pools for all of your pool needs.
