There were a few small bumps along the way, but the team kept us updated at every step, which made all the difference. Good communication means everything to me, and I always knew what was happening with my pool. Since I work from home, I was able to watch the progress closely and asked a lot of questions, but Marvin was always patient and professional whenever I reached out. Marvin really knows the pool business and was direct and clear whenever I needed information or updates. Whenever there was something he didn't know, he made sure to find the answer and get back to me quickly. I really appreciated that level of service. The subcontractors who worked on the pool were also friendly and answered all my questions whenever I stopped by. The final pool looks beautiful, and the quality of work is excellent. My family loves it—we use it almost every day, especially with the hot Florida weather. If I could change anything, I might add a bubbler with a light on the tanning ledge, since it gets a little dark at night, and have the bubbler on a separate line for easier control. But overall, I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. The whole experience was smooth, everyone was professional, and the pool is fantastic.
