Called on a Sunday “Mother’s Day” and they arrived in just a few hours to solve the issue. A man named Dennis who was very pleasant and easy to work with fixed the issue. Dennis was very knowledgeable and I would recommend 100 times over.

I was having problems with my septic but didn't know what. I called Southern Sanitation, who was able to come out that very same day. Upon their inspection, we found out that the tank was bad. Southern Sanitation quoted a very reasonable price (I priced shopped) and was able to take care of our problem in a very reasonable time without us having to worry. Thank you so much for everything, from the initial phone call to the completion of the installation. Great company with great employees. :)

My septic needed to be pumped out on a Saturday. I called and they came out within an hour. The gentleman was very informative about our system and what problems we had. Very polite and great customer service. Pricing was one of the lowest I had found. I would recommend them to anyone.
