J.C. Drainfield, Inc.

We’ve used J.C. Drainfield for years and continue to be extremely happy with their service. They installed our septic system when we built our home, replaced the drain field a few years ago, and today came out to pump the tank. Every time, they deliver quality work.

Great family-owned local company with an excellent team from the office to the technicians. They communicate well, show up when they say they will, and are always professional, kind, and informative. Highly recommend.

Called for a pump out. We used them in the past. Use to be around $400. Now it is normally $460.00. Understandable

Said today 2:00pm would be considered after hours and want $800 just for the pump out.

I called around and everyone is charging $50-$100 extra because of the Holiday, but nothing like this.

Ended up paying $500 for a pump out and it was not the lowest price but they came right over.

Wont be using JC again.

I called today around 2:30PM.. Our septic was backed up.. almost into the house... I was freaking out because we are going out of town for the weekend.. the young lady on the phone immediately gave me peace of mind assuring they would definitely come out this evening.. Alex just left, super nice guy!! I highly recommend them!!! I understandably paid the emergency after hours price but it was still reasonable for the situation! Thank you SO SO MUCH!!

They just emptied my septic tank. Great customer service and service. This is my 2nd time using them and will keep using their service.

I have used them over 25 years, always professional, neat and put everything back as it was. Service is always outstanding!
