I had an excellent experience with Monty Sanitation. From the very first call, Yhovanni was very professional, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained every step of the process in detail and Yoel showed me pictures after the job was done, which really helped me understand what was going on. I knew nothing about septic tanks, and they both took the time to educate me without rushing or pressuring me into anything. Yoel handled my service and was amazing ❤ —very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. You can truly tell they want their customers to understand the problem, not just fix it and move on. The work was done extremely well, beyond my expectations, and the customer service was outstanding. I’ve honestly never had a service like this in my life. I am very thankful I found Monty Sanitation and will continue to use them for all of my septic tank services. I would recommend them without hesitation and with my eyes closed. You want A+ service, you need to call them. I am so glad I did 😊

Pepe was freaking phenomenal. He found the cement caps to clean out the septic tank. He cleaned out the tank using the pump from the truck. He used my hose to make sure the tanks were totally clean and clear from any debris including solids. He also cleaned the septic filter. In addition, he cleared off the lip of the tank openings of debris so the covers fit perfectly. When he covered the tank he raked the loom back onto the area where he took it. PEPE knew his job better than any septic company I’ve hired in the past 40 years of property I owned with a septic system. Very pleased with Monty Sanitation. The price was very reasonable. I was extremely happy and grateful on how it was done. Monty is definitely my company to use for my septic. Lastly, Pepe told me to have the tank cleaned every 2 years and the filter every 6 months. Definitely a bang for your buck.
