Amazing customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
5 star, from the moment I called with my issue they responded! A service advisor called me back and helped me get the system turned off to a stable position. The staff quickly scheduled me service and Dave is a great technician. When he arrived he accessed everything quickly and summarized it all in a way I could understand. They dont cut corners and push you into unnecessary expenses. Highly recommend.
Wow! I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and their crew! Seriously the best experience! We had several door knocker solar companies stop by: it was painful. It was hard to listen and know in the end the customer service would be lacking. My husband and I decided to find a local company. Someone present. Someone who cared about their mark on their community.
Solar Authority has been a positive from my first phone call. The crew that came out and did the install was quick, efficient and did great work. They came back to check on the system, they made sure we understood the app for checking our system too.

Superb! Alisha designed a new solar panel array to replace the old system damaged in a hail storm. She then coordinated her team's removal of the old system, the activities of the roofing company to replace the damaged roof, the soffit/fascia crew, the gutter replacement crew and then she and her team returned to install the new panels. Thanks to her careful coordination, the whole job was done in just a few weeks and with little effort on our part. Now I get to enjoy this beautiful spring day and watch the app that shows us how much energy is being harvested, being used by us, and how much surplus is being sent to FPL. That surplus probably won't exist during the hottest summer months, but the overall savings are great
