Excel Solar

I had a 5-year old solar water heater that began leaking from the base. Excel Solar sent two representatives over to document the issue and take pictures of the tank and the associated plumbing. They then worked with the tank manufacturer to get the solar water tank replaced under warranty, and 2 weeks later sent two techs out to replace the tank. The tank was replaced and all the insulation on the connecting plumbing was also replaced in about 4-5 hours, and the area was cleaned up after the work had been completed. All the miscellaneous plumbing pieces that were required to complete the job were covered in the quote they had provided me for the labor to replace the tank. No surprises. They truly did a job worthy of a 5-star rating!

This company has a bunch of kids that are under experienced working for them very expensive and overpriced for not so much quality work.
They do not take care of there employees outside of their own family that they have working for them.
The price of there repairs that they do are way to expensive for pv work done to there homes, and that’s coming from customers that I now service and had gotten quotes from excel before they called me.
I would say this company does Shawty work as a whole and has no real experience dealing with back pressure for pool water systems and electrical work for PV systems. For domestic hot water systems the company has to outsource the jobs because lack of expertise along with PV installations.
One thing I can say is that the billing is on point for this company, they are Guaranteed to get there money …..

Excel Solar and the entire team (Sophie, Kelly & Tyler) are a class act. They quickly came out to quote the job. Kelly was a dream to work with. The quote came in significantly lower than another quote that I had. And when it came time to do the work, Kelly & Tyler (the tech) worked with me/my schedule to ensure it was done quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of them nor thank them enough. Highly highly recommend Excel Solar!

Punctual, professional and hard working. They came out to help with a 15 yr old existing solar system that had some bad inverters. Took care of everything for me including reaching out to the monitoring system for us to order new inverters . Highly recommend for all your solar needs!
