What an absolute incredible company! From dealing with the amazing office staff to the hard workers out in the field. You can tell the owner takes pride in this company and in his employees. I wish I could give J&B more then five stars!
Don’t waste your time with these guys. There are tons of other options. If you’re looking to be berated, then this might be your preference. The owner is impossible to speak to. He will schedule meetings with you, and not show up. My staff can attest to this. He almost always spoke to them in a hostile tone over the phone and via email. Instead of being a team player, it felt more like bullying. Take your time and money somewhere else. You deserve so much better!
