Great staff! Friendly, quick and on time for the appointments. The install of accordion shutters was completed in less than a workday on my 2 story home. Beautiful job! Couldn’t be happier. Very affordable. I recommend to anyone needing permanent shutters.
Shutters 911 installed two impact-rated sliding glass doors into my condo unit to replace the old doors. To say it was a poor installation would be an understatement. The door frames were installed so out of square that with the doors in a closed and locked position, there is a 3/16” gap at the top left corner and bottom right corner of the door panels. You can see right through to outside. Then they had the nerve to tell me that it was the best that they could do and they wouldn’t fix it. They said that it was my problem to deal with. Not only that, but the doors are barely held in place. At the top of the door panels, there’s only a 1/8” to 3/16” overlap with the door frame, and that’s with the door panel wheels cranked all the way up. I’m worried that in the next hurricane, the door panels are going to blow right out of place. There’s also a 1-1/4” gap at the top of each door panel where you can see outside. I don’t know why they wouldn’t install weather stripping there to close up the holes. At the bottom of the door on the tracks, they didn’t install the sill riser. They told me that many people just remove them anyway, so they just didn’t install them to begin with. I’ll never use this company again, I think they just don't care.
I couldn’t have asked for two better gentlemen from 911 Shutters to install our windows and doors. They installed 3 slider doors , a 4 panel slider and a kitchen window. (They also installed hurricane shutters for us in February). They were very friendly and professional! 911 Shutters is lucky to have them on their team !!

Tim and Chris of Shutters 911, did a very good job on the installation of my accordion shutters. The materials used was of high quality that meets the standards as expected. The efficiency you can rely on by the scheduled time was also achieved. I only had one comment about the viewport which is too low. The staff is already aware and they will fix it. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.
