They did not recommend to us, nor did they follow the Wincore Window manufacturer recommendations for flashing in wind driven rain areas. This resulted in multiple windows in my home to be compromised, 1 of which leaked into my garage floor as seen here through the wood frame window sill, and another 2 still causing active issues with proof from inspection reports from 3rd party building and mold inspectors as well. I was just outside of the time frame to sue this company (3 years from the contract/install, and 7 years gross) so now they just decide to continue to ignore my emails for warranty work until my labor contract with them expires on 2/2026. Buyer beware and I'm happy to answer any questions any one has about my experience with this company both good and terribly bad.

Four months to get the windows. The salesman Ken, answered my questions and later returned my phone call within an hour. The men who did the actual install were professional. I chose this company because they are a local business and are right behind the Murdock WalMart and off of Veterans Blvd so it was easy to nip into their office when I had questions. Love my new windows 😁 I will post before and after but not a good view because of trees and plants.
Truly awful. They have some good reviews but every one is years old. Current service level is substandard. No call-no show more than once, left an ungodly mess when they finally did do the work. It's been more than 6 months and they haven't completed the job. Installation was sloppy and looks awful, and no one will return a phone call or repair this unskilled work. They should not be in business and I am definitely not the only person experiencing total frustration and dissatisfaction with this company. Do not give them a dime!
