A friend of mine who recently had GJC replace their windows recommended them to me. Well let me tell you, that was the best advice I’ve taken in a long time! Their sales representatives Sal was so knowledgeable about their products and when he came to our home for the estimate, there was no pressure whatsoever and he walked me through the process from start to finish. That was a very pleasant experience. A few months later, the crew arrived with our new PGT windows and sliding doors. Justin P. , Dom, and their crew did an incredibly outstanding job removing and reinstalling our windows and doors as if they were replacing their own. Very attentive, great coordination amongst the crew, always respectful of our property keeping the worksite clean at all times and after 4 days and on time, we had our beautiful new windows and doors installed. See all on Google ↗From the moment I walked into the showroom and Derek showed me around, and specifically showed me the windows they put together and instlal, I knew that GJC was the company I wanted working on my home. I'm not gonna lie and say that the turn around was quick (around 7 months from contract signed to installation), what I can say is that it was well, WELL worth it.
On install day, we got the A-Team (Patrick, Chad, and Maddox) who arrived right on time. each of them polite, kind, friendly, and professional, they got right to work on our windows, and to say that we were blown away by how efficiently they did everything and how impeccable the work looked by the end of each one's installation would be an understatement.
The installation proceeded throughout the day without a single hitch, as they drilled, sawed, measured, cut, installed, swept, and vaccumed from window to window, and by the end of the installation the windows were rock-solid and beautiful.
There's no doubt in my mind who I'd call to work on my windows again, and would do so in a heartbeat!
Our experience with GJC Window & Door was top notch from beginning to end. We are thrilled with our newly enclosed porch and windows in our condo. There was an immediate cooling benefit from the high-quality materials and installation. Justin and his crew were personable and easy to work with and left the place spotless. The price was very fair, and the quality of the product exceeded expectations.
We had 3 companies give us quotes for wind resistant windows. GJC has a fantastic reputation. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive. They were able to create the exact windows we wanted. The 2 other companies could not. The installation was seamless. The final "turn up" was completed with knowledgeable workmanship. You can't go wrong having GJC complete your windows project.
Had 23 windows and a door replaced / upgraded to Hurricane resistant. It was a lot of money but GJC was reasonably priced and several of my neightbors recommended them. Well, I am out of this world pleased! They have great sales and support people but the installation guys killed it. They were professional, friendly and thorough. They acted like the customer mattered! They did a perfect job with the install and the windows look great. I am very happy and highly recommend GJC Windows & Door.
