The new system implemented by Braman doesn’t work. Charging five dollars — almost a 70% price increase — just because someone attends me? The most illogical part is that they disabled four gas pumps for that system, leaving only one attendant who obviously can’t handle four stations at the same time, or if he does, he can’t provide a level of service that justifies a 70% price increase.

At the same time, a Braman employee decided to park his car right at the gas station. (Picture attached). I asked if he was going to move it, and he said he had no plans to. That blocked two more pumps, leaving only two available for a whole line of cars waiting to pump their own gas.

Couldn’t that Braman employee go refuel at any of the four empty pumps that were disabled by their “super new system”? They could at least leave two for that new system and reopen the rest for regular customers. Cars were approaching the empty pumps and then had to make a tight turn to reach the self-service ones, which created a serious traffic problem inside the gas station.

Pretty clever these guys. They set up a bunch of their pumps to be assisted pumping with an attendant. The nice young man gives you a heads up that you can pay extra to get help with your fillup. What he didn't mention is that a higher price is already built into the pump whether you opt to use their service or not.

I paid close to $80 on my last fillup which normally costs just around $60. Those assisted filling pumps charge you a full $1 more per gallon whether you fill your own gas, or the attendant fills it. This station already takes a bit of jostling and waiting to get to a pump given the car wash and the dealership activity around there. It already was one of the pricier pumps in the area. So, that was my last fillup there. Be aware of the pricing before you pump.

Used to be a good station. Now they upsell you to have someone pump your gas for you like it's New Jersey, what a scam. I'd rather go to the sketchy Marathon a couple blocks over.

I am Not coming back here. New “full service” charges one dollar extra per gallon in 4 pumps for somebody filling up for you, I ended up doing myself instead of waiting long lines. Bullshit! You probably don’t care, Shell, but you just lost a regular who lives in the area.

It's a great gas station it belongs to the dealership and they maintain the gas station very clean and they also have a tow company within the facility the only thing they don't have is a food mart but they have a vending machine to get some snacks and soda and an ice cream machine

It's a great gas station to fill up your exotic vehicle they have the best high test around
