I had a terrible experience at this place for changing my car oil. After I left, I drove for about 3 hours, driving up to Orlando and i had to stop to the Auto zone . i had someone from the store checked my car, I found it had no oil! I had to buy oil myself and refill it also .wheel alignment was also terrible plus no one one speaks English there .Completely disappointed with the service—I won't be going
I went a couple of weeks ago for an oil change, car wash, and to change the air filter. The employee let me know about aomething else affecting my front passenger tire, which explains why that one lately needs air. I waited a while in the waiting room and outside, then looked everywhere for my car. I asked one of the cashiers, and she told me they do oil changes at their other location on 8 Street; I felt annoyed because the mechanic didn't notify me of that, and thought I'd have to wait hours. Thankfully, it didn't take too long, and then they did the car wash. They did a good job on the wash, and I accomplished what I came for. I think the communication that day could've been better. I've visited before, and almost every time they suggest doing additional services, which makes me question if they're making excuses to charge more, so I don't fully trust them, but I've done the basic needs here.
I don’t recommend anyone to go there and change your oil.
I went there and I asked the manager directly how much to change the oil for my car and then said to me we have 3 types of different oil and you can choose one of them.
After I picked the highest oil said to me only you pay the oil plus tax.
In the end they added ten bucks more for QT and he didn’t even tell me about.
in conclusion it’s my first time and I will never come back because they not been honest with me from the beginning.
Came here for an oil change on my Mercedes Benz truck and received amazing service. They explained everything to me, including the price which was very reasonable for this area. I was in and out within 20 mins which also included the time it took for an interior/exterior car wash which they conveniently have on site. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.
Let's begin with the fact that only one person knows English there, so we had to go back and forth translating. Got an oil change, then they suggested they put a liquid inside to clean the engine because the oil was dirty (like it's not its job to get dirty so it keeps the engine clean), then they suggested i change the rear break because it was old, i had to go to Orlando so i did that, then i had to get a wheel alignment so i asked if they did it there, they said yes, but then they had to send me to another location 5 minutes away. As i was going to the other place, an indicator about my rear break showed up, then an indicator about engine oil, i assumed it was nothing. The wheel alignment was horrible, slightly better than before where it was turning to the right. 6 hours later the oil indicator was still on so i checked and NO OIL INSIDE THE ENGINE, none, at all, completely dry. So i had to buy new oil and put it myself. When i confronted them, they refused everything and of course in Espanol. Avoid that place if you care about your car
