I came here bcuz I asked my friend who cleaned her car and she said Busy Bee car wash. Ameer was very nice and welcoming. Douglas and Teresa did a deep cleaning on my car and did a great job! They are fast too! They did an Amazing job! Finally found a car wash that is worth it! I live in Hollywood and came way to Miami for car wash!
Got the Shine wash and it really did shine! But the blowers did not dry the car at all. I had to spend 30 minutes towel dryering so no spots would stay on. The service guys help you press the button but they don’t really sell you on higher items. Only after I bought Shine, did the service guy say the Protect one wouldn’t hurt my soft top convertible.
Next time I probably need to pay a lil extra for the detailing… perhaps that includes towel dry but I don’t know.
I always have a great experience with Busy Bee! One of the main reasons I keep coming back is my good girlfriend Theresa, who works there. She always takes such great care of me and my car. Whenever I know she’s working, I feel completely confident that my car is in the best hands.
She is EXTREMELY friendly, professional, and really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. My car always comes out looking spotless, and the service is consistently excellent. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does.
Busy Bee is lucky to have Theresa, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and people who truly take pride in their work! BUT, ask for my girl!
I am paying a monthly fee and the machine doesn’t wash the car good, specially underneath of the tires, if it wasn’t for Kenny that goes and fishing the cleaning process by hands, my car will be like it was not wash at all. This self service is getting worse day-by-day, I have more then 20 years coming to this establishment and for the past 2 years things are really bad hear with the machine and management, the only reason that I keep my membership with Busy Bee it is sorely for the great employees they have such as Kenny, Teresa, and Ameer. As you can see in the pictures how Kenny is doing his best to clean underneath of the vehicle.
Went thru the car wash and when I pulled out there was soap still on the car. Went to the detail part of car wash to have it vacuumed, clean the windows, clean the interior (dash board, doors and cup holders, etc ) the dash wasn't cleaned with protectacnt, as was told it would be, had sticky stuff left on steering wheel, cup holders were still dirty. All of the windows had streaks and smears, they appeared clean when I left and went out later after it was dark and that is when they were noticed. I asked if they could get some stains out of the butt part of the seats and they were done to my satisfaction but the back part of the seats now have stains that were not there before I took the car in. The hatchback area was not vacuumed and as a whole the rest of the floor boards were halfway and half-assed vacuumed. I did go back the next day to ask if they could redo these issues and everything was still not done correctly. I was very disappointed and expressed my aggravation and frustration and didn't have the time or patience to deal with the incompetence of the employees that supposedly detailed my car. I do not feel that your service was worth the money that I spent and I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied.
