If I could give minus stars I would really do that. Ordered a sunroom as per their brochure, got something completely different. When we started protesting, they put a lien on our property! Instead of coming up with an solution. Now in our tomb we have a constant leak from the roof. The RollShield owner came over and flushed the leaking roof with expensive city water for hours on end to find the leak. Calked it to death as the owner explained. Still leaking and the owner washed his hands and left the problem to his incompetent staff who might not be there next time you call. Sorry not working for the company anymore. The staff turn over is high. Everybody who do show up to have a try at fixing it keep bad mouthing each other. Finally contacted a professional roofing company who advised how much it would be to fix. Sent the owner an invoice of $2500 with an explanation that that is what it will be for me to have it fixed properly. He did not want to pay such an outrageous sum. Well he of course have our $40000 so why bother with a little person protesting. Also got an answer if I would let another company fix the roof that would forfeit their responsibility. 2 years later and it's still leaking and the same answers. The CEO to busy with complaints, talk to his assistant, who is no longer working for the company. Who is still working for the company , that can fix this without ruining the base roof or pay my bill so I can finally contact a professional roofing company and have it fixed?

I sincerely hope you consider using another company out there.

Love our new roll down shutters! They are a tremendous improvement to our patio and are optimistic that they will provide a strong line of defense in a hurricane. Smitty was our primary installer who really went above and beyond the call of duty. I appreciate his knowledge and desire to provide a quality product. RollShield did a great job installing hurricane shutters on four of our windows. Ron Branch made an excellent impression. He went out of his way to make a special trip to get our installation finalized on time. These are high quality, lockable shutters that can protect against hurricanes and intruders. This is a great addition to a house for both protection and to increase value. Highly recommended.
