Clearwater Window and Door just installed three new windows in our Villa and I can’t say how pleased I am. Troy and Andres were so great and did such a great job and cleaned up afterwards.
Also working with Fred the salesman was so easy.
As soon I we can save up we are doing the rest of our windows.
I highly recommend them.
First I must mention that we’re snowbirds. That being said when we returned back to Florida I noticed our “new” windows, installed by Clearwater Window an Door, had a fog in the center window I called the company and after speaking to someone who told me that the warranty had expired in October. I tried to explain that we are snowbirds and have no idea how long this has been going on. After several minutes the person said he will have the Owner call me. THAT WAS OVER 10 DAYS AGO!!!!! We would appreciate a call and hopefully a resolution of the problem.

After receiving quotes from several local window companies for full window and door replacement on our home (over 30 hurricane impact windows and two doors), we ultimately went with Clearwater Window and Door as they offered the best product, terms, warranty, and service for the money. We signed a contract the first week of Feb., and the job was completed before April (two weeks early). They handled everything outside of the window installation itself - permitting, inspection, cleanup, follow-ups...they even came out after the home passed inspection and they were paid in full to remove the stickers from the windows. I highly recommend working with this company for the top quality hurricane impact windows and level of service. Thank you to Fred, Mike, Carol and everyone on the hard working and knowledgeable (all English speaking American) installation team for everything.
I am really glad I chose Clearwater Windowa and Doors. I interviewed 3 other companies and they did ot make the cut. The salesman answered all my questions. I was told by others that the windows I wanted I could not have or that it would cost and additional $1,000 on top of the undertermined price. Anyway he was not the agressive type of sales person and within 30 mins we had a signed contract. When it was time for installation the installers were polite. The process was smooth, clean and took the right amount of time. They worked like a well oiled wheel, that is a great training process. Thanks I love my windows.
Clearwater Window and Door Inc. did an amazing job! They arrived right on time and got straight to work with a positive, professional attitude. What really impressed me was how thoroughly they cleaned up after themselves — I didn’t have to pick up a single screw or sweep a thing, which is a big deal for me. They came in, installed the windows quickly and efficiently, and left everything spotless. Badda bing, badda boom — job done perfectly. Highly recommend!
