If you one payment behind they will pop up at your house. Even if you make arrangements. These places have high payment trapping poor people. Just use klarna, zip or Afterpay to get things you need. No one will pick it up. So places like this can’t embarrass you in front of your neighbors. Never again!
I gave them back their property after 1 year. They will stress you out if you late. You will feel like you on parole. Every knock at the door, you will get nervous and think it’s them. If you late and call to make arrangements to get caught up. They still will pop up. I rather use layaway plans like klarna, Afterpay, Zip and use card. Use in store. Set up payments, go to the store and get your device. You need a couch just go order from places that got the layaway plan. Amazon has affirm and Walmart.com has affirm. Renting isn’t the only way!!
Bad experience here how you guys sell me some furniture that’s not exactly like the pic and it’s faded and not actually the actual color I’m talking to the manager tomorrow and won’t even give me my money back but wants to just give me half back smh 🤦🏽♀️ if I was yall I wouldn’t shop there the dude name trevante thinks everything funny when it’s not why lie about the furniture being in decent shape when it’s not smh and I left with none of my money back and was told I only can get half back and I didn’t even get that back
beyond 5 stars for this location but for specifically a Mr. Milton, he went well above and beyond to help my mom get a chair for her medical needs. He was very courteous, accommodating, and compassionate. I hope Milton is recognized for his customer service and deserves triple of whatever he is being paid lol. thank you again Milton and visit the hwy 29 location for any of your needs.
All I needed was a basic 2-1 laptop with touchscreen and webcam for up to 6 weeks until I can get my own permanent laptop for school. Anthony was more than capable of helping find one for low cost that fit my needs at just $40 down payment for the first month and $10/wk after that. His communication skills were phenomenal and we really hit it off with conversation on too of facilitating my rental.
The fact that RAC is not commission based is even better as instead of having pushy sales people who want to hide the fine print and screw you over, you get customer service focused reps who actually want to help.
