Gary at La-Z-Boy Pensacola was fantastic, answered all of our questions, helped us pick the color for our new, perfect recliner! We are very happy with our new furniture and the service we received was fantastic!

Gary was wonderful and showed us our options in style, color and price. He was extremely attentive yet patient. Payton did a great job putting our choices electronically into our home so we could visualize our design. We appreciated that they came to our home to me sure and take pictures of our space. We highly recommend their services.

We decided to update our living room with a reclining sectional. After much research we decided on Lazy Boy. Gary is our sales rep and asked lots of questions about our tastes likes and dislikes and helped us pick out a perfect sectional. We even went on to order a new dining set. Then he introduced Brelyn our design consultant. They came to the house with a 3D design and helped us pick colors ect. Then we went back for full presentation. Wow ! Gary and Breyln are great at their jobs and very customer oriented.

Gary Millrany was wonderful. Friendly, welcoming, and knows his brand. He quickly found the chair I was shopping for and the price was right. Great all around experience.

I had the best experience at La-z-boy in Pensacola. I went in seeing things I liked but could not make decisions on putting items together. Michael D. in sales offered a free home interior design service. I scheduled an appointment and Micheal came to my house with Peyton C. an Interior Designer. They brought all kinds of samples and we went through the three rooms together. Peyton took measurements of the rooms and I selected fabrics and leathers and asked me about the look and feel I was looking for, for each room. They scheduled me a week later at the store to view the designs. Wow! I entered the store for my appointment and was greeted by them at the door and they brought me to the design center area. The rooms were all in digital format on screen with 3D and real life room views. This was absolutely the best free service I have experienced. Peyton’s attention to detail and hearing my needs did an absolutely fantastic job. I was able to view to scale and furnish three rooms and 2 hallways. Everything was priced right and I walked out of the store feeling great about my purchases knowing everything will look and fit perfectly. I can’t thank them enough. This was the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had. I am extremely thankful to Micheal & Peyton.
