From the initial sales call through to inspection, this had been a great transaction. The entire team kept me up to date on everything and was even able to install ahead of schedule. The installation team was very professional, thorough in their work, and cleaned up when they were through. Both guys were personable and friendly.
The service and support was excellent from beginning to end. I was informed every step of the way and install was fast and efficient. I can’t speak on the price comparison because I never compared. I loved the product that Anderson had to offer and the guarantee behind it, so I got it. Audra Thompson was my sales rep and she is awesome. Our appt with Nathan George was perfect and better than we could hope for. My husband and I felt very comfortable and confident right away for achieving our goals in replacing our doors and windows. Nathan explained everything and made the appt enjoyable at the same time. There were parts of our house I felt embarrassed about because of our aging windows and Nathan put me at ease right away even helping to make an old windows lock for safety. He took measurements of all our windows and doors explaining our best options and showing us all types that would look beautiful for our home with colors and hardware. It was such a fun appt for my husband and me. We enjoyed the appt and time Nathan spent with us and look forward to our new face-lift with our beautiful windows and doors We couldn't have asked for a better representative than Nathan. We knew right away we were in good hands and have peace of mind and excitement about our gorgeous new upgrades to our home.
My experience was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone that needs windows replaced. The gentlemen Aundra and Aundra did a very professional job installing the windows. They were very polite, kind, professional respectful and efficient. Also their representative that came out to inspect the windows after they were installed were very kind, courteous, respectful, polite and professional also. It seemed that I had been knowing him all my life. I have no problems with Renewal by Andersen of Gulf Coast doing work for me again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
