Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. We initially had glass door slider repairs and then called him back to do some re-screening of our lanai windows. This is a well run family business, so we didn't get lost in masses. Pricing is up front and fair. We recommend RC Windows and would definitely use them again.
RC Windows and Doors are the best! Ron came out to repair sliding door that wouldn't stay shut. Now, the door works flawlessly, staying shut when closed and smooth operation when opening! I appreciate Jennifer and Ron for the service they provide! Good people that are pleasant, knowledgeable, and experienced. 5 stars is not enough! Will be calling again whenever the need for door or window repair arises.
Refreshingly honest and quality service from RC Windows & Doors. They repaired our sliding glass doors and when I asked for a replacement screen door they offered to repair it for much less than a new door. I would highly, and gladly, recommend them to anyone looking for window/door repair.
We highly recommend this company! They saved us tens of thousands of dollars by repairing our existing windows. We had windows that would crash down and others that wouldn’t open at all. Ron was able to replace the balance rods and make the windows function like new. We also had multiple windows where the glass needed to be replaced due to seal failure. Ron replaced the glass and it cost a fraction of what new windows would. From setting up appointments with Jennifer to having Ron in our home, they are good, honest people to work with and very helpful.
