I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron and Windoor Retro Professionals, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was exceptional; they were quick to respond and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. The technicians arrived on time and demonstrated a high level of professionalism, taking the time to explain the issues with my windows and the repair process. Their attention to detail was evident as they completed the work efficiently and left my space spotless. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also provided tips for future maintenance. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend Windoor for anyone needing reliable window repairs!

This company is awesome! When I was looking for a company to do this job, I did my research to make sure I would get a good quality company to do this job. My customer service person was Joseph and he is wonderful to work with. I explained to him what I wanted to do, and why. He helped me to create the vision I was looking for, and explained the different options pros and cons of the materials being used. He was easy to reach and stay in contact with me every step of the way and always a pleasure to talk with. My sliding glass doors were installed 3 weeks later by Ron and his team. They were suppose to come at 10am they were at my door at 8am on time and went straight to work. Ron explained everything they were doing he was also awesome to work with and halfway through the job it started raining and they continued working. He explained how the doors function, how to care for them and how the warranty works on installation and product. I had french doors that secured my house, PUT NOW! This sliding doors are so secure, thick and the quality is great! AND THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!! I absolutely love it.

What can I say about Windoor? Great company, family owned and operated. Joe was there every step of the way, answered every one of my questions. There was a manufacturer backorder, but once the windows were delivered I was on the schedule. Ron, Natalie and Christian jumped into action. All 12 windows and new sliding door were installed that day, but couldn't be completed because of a glitch with the county inspector, frustrating but manageable. Install was finished a few days later. Currently waiting on final inspection. The windows look great and I already have a sense of the energy efficiency these windows will provide. Thank you Windoor, for a job well done and a great experience!

We are very pleased and satisfied with the windows and doors for our whole house which we purchased from Windoor and are glad to recommend them. They stood by their work and we feel they took care of us under the My Safe Florida Home program which has a very detailed, formal and strict application and approval process, which we would advise anyone to follow *very* carefully. Windoor Retro Professionals did an amazing job! Worked with Ron and his wife, always in communication and everything went smoothly. We could not be happier with the finish look. We have a unique window and most companies were trying to sell us a custom window or even not replace it. Ron gave us multiple options on how to resolve it. Every small detail, he made sure to speak with us about. Highly recommended! Even the home inspector stated they did an amazing work.
