Window World of Ocala

The best around I have had my windows for over seven years now. Two minor little problems with them the first time I called they were there as soon as they got a new sash for my window with no problems whatsoever came and installed it. Second time, one of my little nighttime locks broke, and they were there very quickly and fixed it. Contractor was very polite, cleaned up after himself and had it done within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend this company they hold to their warranty without any hassle whatsoever.

We have put up with the drafts and whistling winds of our 1972 Suwannee River house ever since we bought it 5 years ago, because we love the river and the area. We decided to finally bite the bullet this year and have the worst of our single-pane windows replaced. I was very nervous about it, as the job required scaffolding and we knew there would be structural issues. My worries were soon allayed by our Window World installation team of Brent, Steven and David. They arrived as promised and got right to work. They were very professional and hard working, putting in LONG days with very few breaks. The job took multiple days, but they never left us at the end of the day with holes in the house (another big worry of mine!) or a mess. I can honestly say they cleaned up after themselves better than any workers we’ve ever had here. They went above and beyond to make things right - making sure our tight, energy-saving windows were sparkling and well-caulked. I would sincerely recommend them to anyone. We’re thinking about having a next phase of windows done, and will absolutely use Window World and this team again. Thank you!

I had my windows and sliding glass doors installed years ago, and when the lock on my sliding glass door recently broke, Tyler T. came out to help. He was incredibly kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond.

When he ran into a small issue with the lock, he contacted his supervisor, Mr. Pat, who helped guide him to a quick solution. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. It’s so nice to work with people who genuinely care about doing things right. I will absolutely recommend Window World to everyone.

The windows are custom made making sure they fit each window as they should. Casey and his men worked even in the pouring rain. They were thorough making sure everything was in order and worked properly. We went from old single pane windows to new double pane made a big difference.
I am so pleased with my new windows!

We had seen some windows installed by Window World on one of our neighbors house and asked where they got them and who installed them. they highly recommended Window World of Ocala so we gave them a try. We had to wait a bit for the windows to come in since they were custom made to fit our openings. The installation went smoothly, the windows look great and they have already cut down the heat load in the house. The technicians were pleasant and friendly and did quality work. Overall, we were very please with the experience and the value for our money.
