Pool Wizards has done a great job of being a new pool owner very easy! We really appreciate the consistency of our weekly pool clean and maintenance from Darryl! We recently had an issue with many little frogs in our pool, and Mason was very helpful and extremely prompt in providing us with solutions for the problem. I highly recommend Pool Wizards!!
If you’re looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing when it comes to pools—Andrew is your guy. Super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He doesn’t just show up and do the basics—he explains what’s going on, gives solid advice, and makes sure everything is running right. You can tell he really cares about his work. Highly recommend him if you want your pool in expert hands!
Great big shout out to Andrew who has taken care of our pool for years. Thank you for your kind and prompt response. Among multiple repairs, recently Andrew acid washed our pool and it looks super amazing…it looks like a brand new pool. Andrew is super knowledgeable about pools. He saved us thousands of dollars…where the other companies we contacted said we needed to resurface the entire pool.
Andrew was assigned to my service call. My pump was giving me issues and I dreaded having to pay for a replacement. Luckily he was able to repair the pump for a lot less than I thought. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. Now my pool is sparkly and shiny again and I’m able to enjoy it in this sweltering heat.
We have been using pool wizards for the past 20 years since we moved to North Miami Beach. Andrew has been with us the entire time and I highly recommend him and his recently added associate, Mason. They are extremely professional and they are like a concierge pool service. They answer calls quickly and they are as honest as can be. We've asked them recommendations about certain products and services and we can tell that they are always looking out for our own best interest. Our guests regularly comment how great our pool always looks. I wouldn't use any other pool service.
