Ana, the manager is amazing, I trust her professional assessment. Over the 4th of July weekend I was having problems with our pool vacuum that had extended over six weeks. I was extremely frustrated as most places just try to sell you a new unit. After explaining the situation to Ana and letting her know the brand name and model #, she said the most common problem with those units was a rubber seal but couldn’t properly diagnose until she looked at it. I immediately took it to her and she was correct, it was the rubber seal. The unit has been properly working since. Thank you Ana for your honesty and professionalism. You now have a new customer for all my pool needs as well as someone who will refer your business

My pool was in horrible condition I had algae all in my pool. Thanks to Ana she helped me out with my pool she was very knowledgeable and gave me some great pointers. Great customer service very friendly. I found my new spot for my pool needs an chemicals.

My first couple of visits were ok but the last was very disappointing. I had them fill my 9 chlorine containers that usually lasts for 6 weeks, unfortunately I had to use them all within 2 1/2 weeks. Not sure why the chlorine wasn’t working. I would hate to think that they added water to the chemicals but that is what it feels like. I went and had the containers filled somewhere else I added one jug to the pool, and so far so good.
