Pool Max

Good morning in this store I brought a sample of water from my pool because it was a little green they recommended me to put 5 pounds of bicarbonate and they told me that in 3 hours it would become like a glass. I put the product and it got like honey after three days it was still the same I take another sample now they tell me that I need to put something for the algae they treated me in a way that is not treated to a customer they only cared about selling their products nothing else no matter what happens to you it is as if we are only a consumer I do not recommend this place look for second opinions thank you never again you are in my option

It was evident that she lacked the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively assist customers, making the entire process unnecessarily complicated.

I was shocked to learn that Mirna has been with the company for quite some time. It's disheartening to think that she has been representing Pool Max Miami to customers like myself for years. Her presence in the company reflects poorly on the owner, Mike, and raises questions about his judgment and leadership as a business professional.

Not only did I have a terrible experience with Mirna, but I have heard similar complaints from many of my friends in our private gated community who have dealt with her as well. It's disconcerting to see that she has been consistently providing poor service without any improvement over the years.

As a new customer, my impression of Pool Max Miami has been severely tainted by this experience. I believe that Mike, the owner, doesn't deserve to have an employee like Mirna tarnishing the company's reputation. Her behavior reflects poorly on the entire business, and it's clear that she should not be in this line of service.

In conclusion, my dealings with Pool Max Miami and their employee Mirna have been highly disappointing. Her lack of professionalism and the negative experiences shared by others in our community are cause for concern. I sincerely hope that the company takes appropriate action to address these issues and improve their customer service standards.

Not to take anything away from the owner Mike, because he’s a very nice guy, but totally controlled by his staff and has no back bone. At first it seemed as if I was at the right place, not knowing too much about swimming pools and how things work, I was under the impression that I was being treated fairly, and the prices that I was paying was correct, but after doing some shopping around, I was surprised to find out that I was bamboozled and overcharged and completely scammed my max pools inc. I’ll never shop there again, everything they have is over price and their customer service is terrible.
