The customer service sucks. They schedule service appointments then don't bother with the vehicle til the customer calls and then realize " when was that schedule?". The tech needed to do the work wasn't even scheduled to work this week. Then the service tech didn't know how to use the computer. Now my vehicle has codes that didn't exist before it was taken to pensacola glass. I'm hoping that I get my vehicle fixed because I don't know what they did to it in the very short period time they had their hands on it.

See all on Google ↗Great service! They went above and beyond to get us a very long glass table top delivered to the third floor through a super narrow staircase. Big thank you to Jonathan and the whole team for getting creative, being committed and determined in getting the job done.
I am so thankful and appreciative of Pensacola Glass.
Must admit my morning was going quite “South” and after doing business with PG, I am energized and ready to replace my front door pane of glass! :)

Had glass custom cut to fit my new coffee table. Polished edge. They nailed the cut and polish. Great work. I fabricated clips for the glass with my 3d printer that match the table. It looks awesome! Thank you for the excellent work
Absolutely terrible customer service and fulfillment of my order. I gave the specs for a window and door order the first week of August. It wasn't until 2 Sep that I finally heard back that my glass was ready, only to find out that the window was the wrong size from what I ordered. It then took another two weeks to hear that the window was ready AFTER I contacted them to check on the status, with a simple email reply "Yes. It's ready." I called another glass company to get a quote for the same glass and they said theirs would be ready in a week. During this entire experience, the employees I interacted with were short, snooty and condescending in their responses. And on top of that, when I went to pick up the correct sized glass, another customer was asking the lady at the front desk a question about getting her order and the receptionist simply stated "I don't know, I don't do that," with zero effort to assist her in getting the answer from someone else. That confirmed my experience with lousy customer service was not just a one-off.
I'd recommend finding another glass company to do business with if you want to work with somebody that actually respects their customers and can correctly fulfill a simple order in less than 5 weeks.
