Paul Davis Restoration of the Emerald Coast (Pensacola)

We recently worked with Paul Davis Restoration, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Hunter responded to our home quickly and arrived on time for every visit. He and his team—Caleb and Chris—were consistently kind, respectful, and professional while completing the remediation work.

They took great care to keep everything clean, always tidying up before leaving, and they made sure we understood each step of the process. Every question we had was answered patiently, and any concerns were handled right away. Their equipment was clean, well-maintained, and worked efficiently throughout the project.

We also communicated with Trevor by email, who was just as responsive and helpful—providing timely updates and answering our inquiries quickly.

Overall, the team made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We’re grateful for their professionalism and highly recommend their services.

Jim & Wayne make a great team. We were so happy with the work they did and love our new kitchen. They paid attention to details and did an excellent job. They were friendly, prompt, easy to have in my home and I could communicate with them easily. So very happy with our over all experience with them. They surely took care of us!

The plumbers had to replumb my entire home through the attic. The only way to accomplish this was to remove portions of my drywall. USAA hooked me up with this company and said they'd be taking care of me. I cannot comment on the price since I just had to pay my insurance deductible.
I was blessed to have Wayne and Jim here working on my home. If you're lucky enough to get these guys, you won't be disappointed. They were respectful of my home & explained everything they were doing beforehand to prepare me of any loud noises, potential design conflictions, issues etc. They laid paper down their walkway so they didn't dirty up my floors (that were already dirty but hey, respect lol) & they were very tolerant and conscientious of my 4 other roommates who are total a-holes, I mean cats.
Most times, I'm a nervous wreck with people working in my home, but they made it so much more tolerable. I've had a LOT of bad contractors in my home in the past 5 years & I must say, I don't think I've had any that were this easy to work with, who did what they said they'd do, were here when they'd said they'd be here and on top of all that, had an great work ethic.
Poor Wayne ripped his pants right down the front on the coldest day of the week! I would've totally understood if he had left to go change, since he was cutting materials outside in that frigid weather, but instead he chose to stay to get the job done in the alotted time. Gotta respect the work ethics. When my new bathroom mirror didn't fit, Wayne made sure to inform me of my options before installing it and when the baseboards in my laundry room weren't pleasing to my eye, Jim worked with me so that I was happy with the final result. I'm really hoping their supervisor reads my review because those guys deserve the recognition/raise. I don't think my review goes far enough to describe my gratitude for these guys.

Paul Davis replaced my metal roof. I worked closely with Derrick Robinson. He was very courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. I was very pleased and highly recommend him to anyone needing to replace their metal roof.

Amazing service!! They came out right away and started to clean up the water leak and got all the fans going. Excellent communication, they kept me updated on the progress.
