Refreshingly Honest with no gimmicks. Mike did an excellent job explaining the insurance claim process for my water damage. He went out of his way to make sure all moisture was below proper levels. He helped pick out replacement materials and worked with our busy schedule. I would definitely recommend American Veterans Restoration for your home repairs.

He was very informative before he even arrived and spent a lot of time on the phone explaining the extensive testing procedures associated with the detection of residual water damage, and potential contaminants that could be present. Mike was a true Godsend! He was professional and very thorough. He kept me informed and explained the work every step of the way. Most importantly, he is trustworthy and honest. As a person who is a worrier by nature, I could not have asked for a better person to make our water mitigation process as easy and stress-free as possible. Michael Cardin and his team were amazing. They came out super quick after Hurrican Idalia and are super friendly and knowledgeable. Michael explained everything going on in detail and treated us like family instead of just anothet customer. We weren't able to afford the repairs we needed right then, be he still went above and beyond to make sure our house was safe to live in and he still checks up on us from time to time.
