Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with my air quality concerns which involved almost 100 questions . This company seems to genuinely care about people not just about the money. Very rare nowadays. He picked up the phone every time and didn’t charge me a dime…thank you for that Alex. Jonathan responded to my inquiry promptly and was very professional and helpful. He even requested some photos so he could take a look at the issue I was having before needing to charge me for an onsite visit - many other contractors won't do anything to help you until you're on the hook for money!
