Palm Bay Air & Heat

We received quotes from 5 companies total to replace our entire A/C system, Palm Bay Air &Heat was less expensive by over $1000. They quoted us less money to do more work, they quoted to replace the both indoor and outdoor units, copper lines, PVC drains, thermostoat, disconnects, breakers, and stand for air handler.
Almost seemed to good to be true, but thia was our experience: The day of installation, the office called to let us know the install team was on the way, they arrived a short time later, a father and son team, first thing they did was pick up rugs, move furniture in the way and lay out protective tarps. They went to work, one on the outside unit, one on the inside unit, and what an amazing job they did! They worked very hard all the way through, I watched them work, they did EVERYTHING that was promised in my quote and then some. They took great care to be clean and were very considerate of noticing when I was on the phone and stopped working to allow me to finish my phone calls. The total install took about 5 hours and we couldn't be happier with the end result, they took time clean up completely when finished, great experience!! Only problem is our house is now too cold!!!! Best problem we could hope to have!! Thank you Palm Bay Air & Heat!!

Palm Bay Air & Heat delivered a damaged unit even though we paid for a new unit. For a full year the unit suffered issues including constant gas leak and high electric bill! Had to call Palm Bay Air & Heat around a DOZEN TIMES and they still could not fix the simple leak!! They also dug our yard without our permission. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL!

We approached another company to fix the issue and that company fixed it on their first visit! We had to pay this new company and PALM Bay Air & Heat won't reimburse this money either!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM PALM BAY AIR & HEAT company!!!! They are just not worth it!!

The price of the unit was unbelievable! Also, they showed up early which is great! Lisa from Palm Bay Air called to advise they were on the way and I explained that they were here already and had started working. I was so happy. Joshua and Jimmy were very professional and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I recommend them for AC work any day. I am very pleased with their service. Palm Bay Air & Heat is an excellent company that provide all types of Air Conditioning Services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I BOUGHT A NEW UNIT FROM THEM MY UNIT IS LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD ITS NOT WORKING AND THEY WANT 240.00 TO SEE IF ITS LEAKING! It's all new equipment! How could it be anything else! Update they still dont have the part to fix our unit! It's nothing but payback for this review! We were told multiple dates the unit to repair would be in still nothing! Stay tuned... UPDATE! today we had appt to repair unit and now they cant come! My husband is a veteran 20 years I have a 2 year old my ac has been off in this heat and they dont care! Do not use this company! Update Now we were told we get what we pay for!! Stay tuned
