My system stopped working overnight, call Next Gen Air and Heat, they were able to get someone out the same day. I worked with their tech Logan, honestly I was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism. He was able to get my HVAC system diagnosed quickly, swapped out the discrepant part, once it came back to life he double checked my HVAC system. He went above and beyond spending a little extra time to troubleshoot my thermostat and made recommendations on a replacement. I was given a great price, I would highly recommend Next Gen to anyone needing assistance with their HVAC system, honest and transparent, I know that’s hard to find these days. 10 outta 10

Samuel from Next Generation was efficient, helpful, polite and friendly. Not only did he service the AC he fixed a power issue with the thermostat and helped me link it to our new internet service. He suggested some upgrades, but was not pushy. I would recommend him again.

My hvac system needed a new evaporator coil. The tech Sean did a great job. He was able to diagnose the issue, find a new coil, install it, and charge the system all in the same day. Great work and ill be using them in the future

We ordered a smart thermostat to have it installed, and through no fault of theirs (we purchased it ourselves), the unit turned out to be defective. Logan spent over two hours here working, troubleshooting, and patiently reinstalling everything trying to make it work. After all that effort, the thermostat was still a dud.

Despite the time they spent, we were only charged for the regular HVAC maintenance service — just $32. They absolutely deserve more. Excellent company, excellent service. They have my business, and I only wish I had found them sooner!
