Great customer service. Called in the morning and they were out before 2:00. Installed a new part on my air conditioner and it's running fine now. Technician knew what he was doing and was only here about 15 minutes. Thank you guys!
Tech stated I needed new coils without any diagnostics. New coils did not change the issue. After 4 visits by 3 different techs, issue continued. I found the issue, leaked batteries in the thermostat. I installed a new thermostat, but still no cold air. The condenser fan was not running, it had prior. I ended up replacing every component in the condenser related. In the end, wires had been switched at the capacitor that disabled the fan, by the last tech. Whether deliberate to cover up replacing the coils without diagnostics or gross incompetence, doesn't matter. I was told he was their "best tech." I asked for a written response and heard nothing back. In the process of pursuing. Worst AC company EVER!!!!
