My home experienced sink hole damage that required substantial restoration work. Bobby Burke from One Restore was the project manager assigned to my project. It entailed plan development, execution, and constant revision. It also required selecting and managing subcontractors to complete the job. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. It was easy to see that the contractors were constantly monitored to do the job correctly and timely. He didn't allow poor execution to occur. He provided daily status updates and next steps. Most importantly, we could tell that he genuinely cared about customer satisfaction through quality work. He never tried to cut any corners. He is a true professional and an asset to One Restore.

OneRestore did an amazing job with my kitchen. The team was professional and reliable. They worked with my insurance company to get the job done right. After I had water damages in my kitchen they came out to the rescue and started working immediately. William Gonzales was a charm to work with, very hardworking, easy to talk to, love to make his customers happy, go out and beyond to make sure he sees a smile and I felt like family. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them. I truly appreciated everyone that worked efficiently to make this a great experience and my kitchen came out perfect.
