I live in an RV and was worried it had been taken over by mold. Mike came out, did a thorough inspection, and completely eased both my mind and my budget. Mike and team did a thorough job in removing extensive mold from the kitchen of a property I'm purchasing soon. They encapsulated what could not be removed, cleaned the floor of vent floors, and scrubbed the air extensively. Cleaned after the work and left the area well prepared for the renovation contractor. Mike is the real deal. We were under contract on a dream home and found some mold on the ceiling of the water heater/air handler closet. He answered my call immediately and was punctual to the home inspection. Not only did he find there was a serious mold problem with the HVAC system and behind the newly installed vanities, he found an active water leak in between the two bathroom walls. Mike went above and beyond and did air quality tests and showed us what the seller did not disclose, a money pit full of mold and moisture. Without Mike’s help, we would have been moved into a house with a brand new baby getting sick from mold spores and tens of tens of thousands of dollars saved. Mike is one of the most honest, stand-up people that I have met in my time in construction and my time as a homebuyer. Mike also realized that we were getting taken advantage of and did not charge us a dime for his inspection.

I called North Florida Mold Remediators concerning an intermittent smell in our home. Mike arrived at the appointed time, did air quality testing, and provided excellent advice on how to proceed.
