Oakwells is my favorite pool company, the people are amazing!!! First we had a meeting with Jason, who was knowledgeable about all the products and he gave us the pros & cons to not just the products but the maintenance as well. He allowed us complete control over the look of our pool and made an image of it to show how it would be. Once we finished our selections Danielle handled our permitting and city queries she was very transparent about what was needed from us and kept us informed about the process, any time I’d call she answers or she would email me back in the same day! Her response time to all inquiries were either same day or the next day. Danielle was on it and she had an answer for whatever questions I had. After financing the digging commenced and Russell “Rusty” was the overseer of the build he came out to not only make sure the build was brung correctly but he also assisted with the project as well. And everytime something came up because of course life will life whether you like it or not Rusty was the first to call and let us know what the issue was and how he was going to correct it. Whatever issues arises Rusty was there to fix it. Finally the pool is finished and it’s time for “pool school” with Amy and she was the bomb dot com. She showed us step by step how to operate the pool and how to clean/maintain it, along with all the cool lighting functions. Overall the experience was a 10/10 the entire team was one big family and I love that. I love my pool THANK YOU OAKWELLS 🫶🏾🥰

The crew worked hard, kept everything clean, and always treated our home with respect. Now that it’s finished, our backyard has become the go-to spot for family time, barbecues, and weekend fun. The family is in the pool at every opportunity.

What really stood out was how no time was wasted. Every phase moved swiftly and smoothly — no delays, no surprises, just top-notch execution and stellar workmanship. The quality of the build is outstanding, and the final result exceeded all our expectations.

Oak Wells Aquatics was great. Mr Oaks Paul Aimee and Dylan are very hands on and are experts in what they do. Danielle is on point with providing updates EOW and forecasting following week consistently. They will do the job until the job is done right. We have a gorgeous pool. Thank you OWA!!
