Coastal Luxury Outdoors created a beautiful, resort-like oasis in our backyard. Daniel, our superintendent, has been incredible from start to finish. He responds quickly to any questions, and had made sure everything has run smooth. He was on site almost every day, and available by phone. He made sure we were in the loop every step of the way. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Daniel throughout this entire process! We will miss his visits now that everything is complete! The quality, of work that CLO provdes is top tier. Our friends told us they felt like they were at a resort! David was our designer. He took our ideas and ran with a beautiful design. Everyone at Coastal has been exceptionally nice to work with and was always exceeding our expeditions to make our vision come to life.
Moved over to Coastal when Andy decided to retire. The transition was seamless. Communication from the office is very good and service items, minor or major, have been dealt with efficiently. Jarrod is a pleasure to deal with, even when our dog Bella wants to go help him! Really happy with the relationship.
This is a great pool service company! I highly recommend them. They are full service, reliable and very knowledgeable. They are great at sending me weekly reports about our pool service. They also regularly send out informative and educational emails. They just sent customers an email discussing “Seasonal Pool Conditions & What to Expect” for the coming spring season.
TC is an extraordinary person. He is super nice, outgoing, and great at his job. I only prefer TC to come to my house to service my pool. Keep it up TC. Thanks for your outstanding service!
