Called Tuesday with a back up issue and they were able to get me in the next day. Nick came out and was nice , professional and all around great! Will recommend to others.!

We are so incredibly grateful for these guys. The last 2 other company pumps, we were taken advantage of. They could've been the 3rd but the young man was hardworking and had integrity that I wish was more common in this world. No room for improvement. They have my business for life. Great service by Nu septic , Matthew confirmed my septic tank was ready to go with no issues cleaned it out and had me confident on purchasing the multifamily unit ! Will be looking forward to working with .Matt on future purchases and septic tank maintenance.. thanks again Nu septic !

The young man who came out today couldn’t have worked harder and been more professional! He did an amazing job and the prices were extremely fair! I would recommend this company to all my friends because I know they will be as satisfied in the job as I am. Wish I would have gotten his name so anyone reading this could ask for him but if you say young, polite southern guy they might know who you are talking about!

Do Not use them, they make appointments and are NO-SHOWS! It was an emergency. They didn’t show as scheduled, I called at 11:00 am and they said they were delay that we have to wait. I waited until 4:30 pm they didn’t respond the phone calls. I called from another phone number and they said we weren’t scheduled, put us in hold to verify the appointment and about 5 minutes after being on hold they disconnected the phone call. When we tried to reach them again they didn’t answer. Stay far away from this unprofessional company!
