Very honest and arrived on time, did a great job putting in new drain field for us. Best Price quoted to me out of 5 plumbing services & That’s what I gave them, no extra charges thrown in at the last minute. Very professional.
Prime example of local company that is eager to service your needs. Called yesterday for a simple pumping, they showed up 10am this morning (after a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way). Two knowledgeable young guys get to work, to discover the concrete lid is in pieces, not particularly surprising given the age of the home. Although they knew what they were doing, they still reached out to the supervisor to confirm the next move- No reschedule needed, he shows up 10 minutes later. Now there’s 4 guys here including the supervisor, and after taking a closer look, he’s willing to go grab a new lid and come back again just to make sure it gets done today. And it did. Despite having to run back and forth and take up 4 guys time for much longer than it would’ve taken if the old lid wasn’t busted, the price remained excellent. Also, they volunteered the information I needed as a new homeowner- tank size, make, condition, everything. They are clearly committed to getting the job done and making an impression. I won’t go anywhere else for any future septic needs.

Rich and his team are by far the best experience I've had with a contractor. We had an unfortunate situation with our septic tank breaking from being driven over. Rich was super helpful and came up with a solution to replace the tank, which saved us a good amount of money.
