Professional, fast and friendly. I was worried about finding my septic tank, the county document was wrong. They found the tank in minutes, pumped it out and had it all covered back up and ready to use again. Really grateful to this company and would highly suggest them! A+++
I can’t say enough good things about A-1 Payless Septic Service! I had never dealt with a septic backup before and was pretty stressed, but from the very first phone call their receptionist was incredibly kind and reassuring. She managed to get me on the schedule right away when everywhere else was booked out—and to my surprise, the crew even arrived earlier than expected, which was such a relief.
Dakota and Freddy were absolutely fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking—they worked seamlessly together to get the job done quickly and correctly. I was especially impressed with Dakota, who immediately got to work locating and outlining the septic, pinpointing the covers with such accuracy that only minimal digging was needed. That saved my yard from unnecessary disruption, and I really appreciated the care they took.
What stood out the most, though, was their honesty. They didn’t try to upsell me on extras I didn’t need, and their pricing was more than fair for the quality of work they did—in fact, I feel they deserved more for the peace of mind they gave me. Highly recommend A-1 Payless Septic Service!
A1 Septic are very responsive. I used them to unclog my tank late 2020. Our issue continued to happen, they were able to swing by again and informed us that we needed our drain field repaired. They quoted us a price and were understanding about our circumstance and not being able to pay for the job at that moment. They advised us on what to do until we were able to afford the job. I contacted another septic company and was giving a much higher quote so we decided to call A1 Septic again. A1 Septic is a nice, family owned, professional company. They were able to complete the job in half the time their competitor would have done it and I even saved OVER $1k by using A1 Septic. Their prices are very reasonable. Hoping I don’t have another septic issue but they did tell me to call if I do. I also asked for them to even out the dirt as much as they can and they did a great job! Would definitely use A1 again, thank you.
If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Highly recommend them if you need any septic work done. Fast service and reasonable pricing.
I’m glad I called this company because not only did I make an appointment they were at my house within 10 minutes. I called other companies and they were all booked up and weren’t very concerned that my septic was backup and I couldn’t use anything in my house. Dakota and Freddy showed up and were very polite, got the job done quickly and they cleaned everything up as it was before they showed up. I’ve owned a business in town and would loved to have employees like them respectful and hard working. I highly recommend them before you call any other company.
