I was referred to this company by my pool builder for a warranty work on my pool equipment. I am very impressed with how quick the work was done. I got to speak with the technician Matt only minutes after placing a work order. Matt is very knowledgeable in his work. He walked me through the troubleshooting process (very easy directions to follow) and helped me to get my pump running temporarily. I was told that once all needed parts arrive, a technician will come to the site to fix the issue. Within a day I got a call notifying that the technician is on his way. Once on the site, Matt was able to fix the issue and also added an extra feature to my controller. I'm very pleased with this service. Highly recommend Nemo Pool Services.
