I had a serious pool problem after the hurricanes. Way past my ability to clean up. My first conversation with them over the phone put me at peace, told me they could handle the problem. Other companies didn't even want to look at it.
They not only took care of the problem, but cleaned it up to pristine perfection. They stayed with it, made sure I was perfectly happy, at an extremely fair price, followed up with me a couple times on their own. As a result, I continue using them for a weekly maintenance and Happy to let them handle it. Working with Nico, Tyler, Shawn, Julio has been a pleasure. The owner treats you like family.

I cannot speak more highly about this company. I had an ongoing problem with a new (after hurricane) pool pump. Having just hired PA to service the pool weekly, Shawn then came out, and diagnosed the pump problem immediately, fixed it, and gave us troubleshooting tips that nobody else was able to diagnose. 10/10 for service, and an excellent company to use for weekly servicing as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Pool American. They are so polite and helpful in any and all pool services and maintenance provided. They want our pool to function and sparkle as much as we do. Their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Pool America.

We've had an outstanding experience with Pool America! Their team diligently cleaned our swimming pool and checked our pool equipment twice a week at our rentals. After a guest checkout, they quickly identified a damaged pump and helped us install a new one within just two days. They even went the extra mile to provide a detailed incident report for our damage protection claim. The front office staff is always friendly and efficient, and the on-site technicians are top-notch. Our rental guests have even taken the time to compliment James, our pool technician!
