Outstanding experience from start to finish! Adam was responsive and helpful, and the technician, Lane, was truly excellent. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease.
Lane installed our new filter and was refreshingly honest — no upselling, just exactly what was needed. He nailed it. The pool looks dramatically better the very next morning.

This team completely calmed my nerves during a very stressful situation, and that level of professionalism and care really stands out. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, top-notch pool service.

I found PoolCore after the hurricane made my pool green and full of leaves. After calling around and being told by every other pool company that they would not help me because I had an above ground pool, Adam said that he did service above ground pools. I have been very happy with the services I have received from PoolCore. They are reliable, my pool is always crystal clear and they are quick to respond by email or phone if I try to contact them for any reason. Nicholas C is my pool tech and he is very friendly and professional and he keeps my pool very clean.

After 2 disappointing services, and reading many positive reviews, tried Poolcore. My pool went from dingy to sparkling clean and has been ever since. Lane was a pleasure and a real pro, was so lucky to have had his excellent service. Due to Poolcare's growth and success tho', a new member has been added. Eli is a welcome and wonderful addition, his thorough attention to detail and obvious care in his work are truly appreciated. Also a lovely, charming person, I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.

I would definately recommend PoolCore Pool Service LLC for anyone who needs weekly service on their pool. My pool is always sparkling! Adam and Lane have been most helpful with any questions and requests we've had. I relocated, and the first thing I did was set up service with these guys again.

We arrived at our newly purchased home to find our pool was GREEN!!! I texted the following morning and got a response immediately. I was put on the schedule the following day and PoolCore Pool Service did an AMAZING job! After treating the pool there was a significant difference within hours and the pool was back to a beautiful blue, clear state the following day. I HIGHLY recommend! In addition, any questions I’ve had have been answered so quickly. I’m very impressed!
