Erik did a fantastic job installing the Gulfstream Compass Wi-fi adapter. It's a very tricky setup and he did a great job. All installation work was also done very well. Really great working with Naples Pool.

I had an issue with my pool motor. My former pool service company told me I needed a new pool pump, motor and digital system installed. All for a whooping cost of $16,000.00.😱 I called Naples Pool for another estimate. They told me all I needed was a new motor for under $1000.00. They installed the new motor late on Friday and the system is working perfectly. You need to be very careful of the pool service companies in Naples. The staff at Naples Pool are honest, trustworthy and professional. 5 stars well deserved!

We had my pool heat pump, filter system and pool Pentair electronics replaced. The job was done timely. Jerreth the technician was excellent. All in all we are very pleased with the job. Naples pools handles are weekly pool maintenance. They are doing a great job.

We had an excellent experience with Eric from Naples Pool Service. He inspected our pool pump and gave us honest advice that it wasn’t time to replace it yet — telling us we could “drive it until the wheels fall off” instead of upselling us on something we didn’t need. He clearly had our best interest in mind and went above and beyond for my wife and me. We’re grateful for his professionalism and integrity, and we’re glad he’s part of the Naples Pool Service team. Highly recommend!

We loved this pool service - and then something happened. They have skipped weeks without notifying us and continue to no-show and no-call us on regularly scheduled pool service days. I have requested a call from a supervisor several times but no one will call me back and no one seems to care. Look elsewhere.
