We’re very happy with Florida Pool Service. Our pool tech, William, keeps our pool sparkling clean. He’s very detailed and takes his time to make sure everything is in good working order. We also like that Florida Pool Service is licensed to work on gas heaters and Pentair equipment.
We have used Florida Pool Service since the day we built and moved into our house in Naples 16 years ago. Throughout that time, Natalie and her entire team have been fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable, Reliable and Responsive. Most importantly, when we have had an issue with the pool, they have always addressed it with a sense of urgency. We have had the best pool cleaning with Claudia at Florida pools. She’s been taking care of our salt water pool since before we moved in and every time she leaves it’s pristine! She’s fast. Efficient and informative. She’s alerted us to problems with our salinator, about a cracked pipe, a dying pump motor. She’s literally been a God send.
