As a property manager, it was a pleasure working with Casey and his team on an extensive and high quality pool and deck renovation. When any issues arose, they took extra meetings graciously and made sure my client was happy with the finished product. Honest and professional. Highly recommend.
Spectacular!!! We hired Jeff Wilson Pool Service to update our pool (finish, coping, tile and fountains), hot tub (finish, coping, and equipment), pool deck (stone tile), lanai, and surrounding area (astroturf) and they did a spectacular job. I truly think we now have one of the most beautiful pools/spas and backyards in our development. The customer service and communication was fantastic from the design process through construction. We could not have been any happier with the service, and we are beyond happy with the finished product. As an aside (but pretty important), the weekly service we receive from Jeff Wilson Pool Service is also great.
We have been very happy with the quality, consistency, and professionalism of the team at Jeff Wilson Pool. They have done a fantastic job with our weekly servicing / cleaning. The pool is always beautifully maintained. Anytime we have an issue, they are responsive and communicate clearly on the issue and solutions. We also had a renovations and resurfacing done and the end result was beautiful, and on-time and on-budget. We certainly highly recommend Jeff Wilson Pool.
We've used Jeff Wilson Pool Service since 1996. They have always been efficient, effective and reliable. The weekly maintenance service is competitively priced and when equipment malfunctions their first instinct is NOT to sell you a new system, but to problem solve what you have and see if existing equipment is repairable. One of their best assets is Tony who has year and years of experience and is able to diagnose exactly what's going on rapidly and in some case do the repair on site and in the moment.

The pool looks like new. The project and process went as promised and as planned. Each Tech and Company Rep that played a part in this renovation and update were excellent communicators and skilled workers. The pool looks better than we probably expected.
