Everyone we worked with at Mold Solutions were very professional and friendly. Matthew & Samantha did the inspection and answered all of my questions. Samantha was very compassionate and reassuring whenever I had followup questions or concerns. On the day of the mold remediation, Devin & Gabriel sent me a text with their estimated arrival time, which I appreciated. These two worked hard for two days to make sure the mold was completely removed and we could feel comfortable and safe to use the room again. They were happy to answer any questions I had and offer suggestions. The staff at Mold Solutions were knowledgeable & skilled and made a very stressful situation seem a lot more manageable. I would definitely recommend them.

Rod and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and honestly, flexible with my family and our particular situation. We had to address multiple components in our home in order to fully remediate mold and he adjusted and adapted to our changing plans and schedule quickly and easily. His team did an amazing job with the mold deep cleaning. The home smelled so good and felt so clean afterward. They also did a beautiful job tidying up the house while they cleaned mold and even after they left continued the job by leaving 3 HVAC units in our home to ensure that every mold spore got sucked up. I have used them in the past for a client and it was a great experience. This time around was also great and exceeded by expectations. Rod answered right away and got us a quote quickly and on the schedule promptly. Darian and Devon completed the work and were more than thorough. My client was selling a home and found that remediation was needed to complete the sale. Devon and Darien made everyone feel comfortable and thoroughly explained EVERYTHING. We had a musty smell that wouldn’t go away after tearing out the bathroom 3 times. Rod was with us during inspection when we pulled insulation off under the window sill and found rotten wood from a leak. My husband replaced the rotten wood. We were concerned about mold spores/mycotoxins spreading. Josh and Gabriel did a fantastic job making our house smell fresh and feel new again. They sanded the wood in the shower and framing for the garden tub and treated it with chemicals. They dehumidified the bathroom and had two air scrubbers going. Josh and Gabriel personally fogged our house and when we came back home the bedroom furniture were wiped down and shiny. The air in the whole house felt lighter and fresher. I would definitely recommend Mold Solutions. Josh and Gabriel did an impressive job. Rod is very knowledgeable and gave us confidence to continue with the service and we are happy we did.

Devin, Matt & Team were outstanding. We had a ton of mold and came in and got it removed within a few days. We have a complete comfort level that we are moving back into a safe & healthy home. We would recommend them to anyone that needs mold mitigation.
