Master Restoration

Kastin and his crew came out and looked at my condo and he was AMAZING. This is a rental property and I live out of state, so it was important that someone I could trust could assess my mold problem and tell me the truth of what he saw. No upselling, just plain ole honest business. He walked me through what he found very clearly, told me what he recommended, and why he thought those were the best steps.
I have been trying to get someone out to my property for over a month and two other companies ghosted me. Kastin and the customer service operator were very communicative, on time, and super nice. I am so glad I found this company and I will recommend it to everyone who needs an honest professional to help them.

Morgan and Jackson are absolutely amazing! The job at our residence turned out to be a lot more extensive than any of us were anticipating. They have been extremely professional and patient with all of our questions.

Edited to add: Emily and Sierra at the office are also total superstars! They’ve kept me updated every step of the way while dealing with my insurance company and are always so pleasant to speak with on the phone. They go above and beyond every time I’ve called for assistance.

We had a sewer clog issue at work and unfortunately some of it backed up into our bathrooms. Josh came out quickly and handled the situation with professionalism and care. He did a thorough deep clean of both bathrooms and made sure everything was properly sanitized. He was very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated his attention to detail and positive attitude during a stressful situation. Thank you, Josh, for doing such a great job.

Highly recommend this company. Kastin and Carmelo came out and gave all the time needed to discuss the mold remediation issues of the house. They both clearly walked me through the scope of work along with different pricing options. These gentleman know what they are doing. Very glad to have chosen this company as I had been looking at other bids. They spent the most time on this matter and explained very well the job and gave a great price.

Highly recommend. I had a job that needed doing the same day, Sierra in the office told me she'd make me a priority and was so lovely to deal with. Kyle showed up at my house and was a pleasure to deal with, he told me exactly what I needed and got right to it. This was all after hours, I apologized for the late hours on a Friday and Kyle told me he is available 24/7. What a great experience with a service company. Sierra and Kyle are the best! I will only ever use Master Restoration from here on out! Id give them 6 stars if I could!
