Not only have I experienced great communication with Disaster Recovery Pros, their senior technician, Derek Miranda, was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He clearly explained what was wrong, and how he was going to fix it. The repair was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. If you want someone honest and skilled, Derek is the person to ask for.
Starling and Rashaud was very professional and they did a very good job. Tomorrow is a holiday, Starling said they would be here Friday to make sure everything has dried. I would recommend them to anyone.
Jose and a gentleman did the repair to the wall, did the painting to the wall and this is the really big part.They not only put paper down but, for the path they used to the door and removed the debris, he also swept and MOPPED the floor!!! And installed a vanity to replaced the one that was destroyed.
This company helped me through a very difficult time. I was an emotional wreck when they came to save the day. I've met several people in the process and they're all so kind and knowledgeable. They seem to actually enjoy their jobs. Chris got all the water up and out of the house. Caleb has been so helpful and communicative. Then there's Sterling and Rashaud the A team that got all the flooring, baseboards out and drywall out. They made it look easy. Super efficient and all around good people. I can't recommend all of them enough!!
