Let me start by saying that I have over 11 years of experience in both commercial and residential property management. I have encountered the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between when it comes to jobs and construction. Therefore, if anyone is reading this review, know that it is backed by knowledge and research.

Secondly, I am not the easiest customer to please because my expectations are quite high. I rarely take the time to write reviews, mainly because my expectations are often not fully met. However, Lee's Glass took on that challenge and succeeded with an A+.

I took my time gathering quotes and received estimates from Window World Pensacola, Renewal by Andersen, EcoView, and Lee's Glass. Lee's Glass offered a competitive price and was direct without lengthy sales pitches (I want to pay for windows, not an "experience"). They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Honestly, I was dreading the window project for a few reasons: it's a significant investment, we were already tired of sales pitches, and we knew it would take time. However, from start to finish, Lee's Glass kept me informed. Fortunately, the whole process was completed in less than two months. I don't know if this was just our luck, but I was grateful for it.

My old aluminum windows were single-pane, and they managed to replace them before the severe cold front hit. The installation was incredibly quick, and I was blown away. They left no mess behind! I will 100% recommend Lee's Glass to everyone. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

We have been in our house for 23 years. The windows were at least 20 years old when we moved in. It was time to replace them. Mike came out and gave us an estimate on replacing our eighteen windows. He was very knowledgeable of the products his company had to offer and he listened to our wants and needs. The manufacturing time took about ten weeks. Our windows arrived and they were installed just before Christmas. The crew completed the job in just under two days. They were efficient, polite and cleaned up behind themselves. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Lee's Windows for any projects in your home.

We could not be happier with our new windows. The process was great from the time they came out. We weren't sure of what we wanted but Austin gave us several choices and they were great. Blake and the install team made sure everything was installed perfectly. There needs to be more stars for rating Lee's Glass. Definitely highly recommend them. Thanks again for everything.

I recently had all of the windows in my home replaced by Lee’s. From the first day they came to give an estimate to the final installation, they were thorough, kind, prompt and kept me informed. The crew of young men that did the installation were awesome. They were very polite and considerate, worked together well, and cleaned up everything. The office staff and everyone were very kind and efficient.
I would highly recommend using Lee’s for window replacement. By the way, I love my new windows!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I knew as soon as the owner and son walked in the door the first time to give us a quote that I had found our contractor. This is a local family business with competitive prices, quality products and excellent customer service. We had all of our windows and our backdoor replaced in one day. We are beyond pleased and will always use them for our needs and highly recommend to others.
